Hi Fishes, I'm currently a BA4 Data Engineer at Barclays with 2.5 years of experience and a CTC of 14.5 LPA.

I've just received an offer from GoDaddy for a Data Engineer II role with a total CTC of 22 LPA (18 LPA fixed, rest in stocks and variable).

Should I consider making the switch?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Do we have access to learning platforms like Coursera and udemy or anything else? Or do we have an option for reimbursement?

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
