Hi fishes, I've completed all rounds of interviews with P&G (The Procter and Gamble), and a few days later they requested my payslips and some additional documents. I submitted everything about a week ago, but I haven't received any update yet. Does anyone have an idea about the typical hiring timeline or next steps at P&G after this stage? Any insights or guidance would be really helpful.

I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I sent a second follow up email asking if they had made any decisions on who will be asked for inperson interviews, he said....check comments plz 🙏

Job offers. Got an offer from Parker hannifin within 2 weeks of application. Still going through interview process with Rockwell automation, 3 interviews and over a month. Operation manager said I will be hearing from Hr soon on next steps. Leverage offer with Parker or take the job?
