I’ve received an offer from a reputed organization. Before I resigned, my manager at Capgemini asked me to share the offer letter so she could discuss a possible retention with HR. She requested I wait 2–3 days before putting in my papers.

I’m concerned that if retention doesn’t work out, I’ll lose a few notice period days. Has anyone experienced retention discussions before resigning at Capgemini?
