I’ve submitted all required documents on the compliance portal for BGV. However, they keep asking for a resignation acceptance email to confirm LWD.

I’m currently at Infosys, where no separate acceptance email is issued—only a system-generated email confirming resignation with LWD. I’ve already shared that, but compliance has raised the same request three times.

HR is also not reachable. Any suggestions?

Does anyone work at IBM, Salesforce, or Palo Alto Networks? I’ve been interviewing with all three and would love some insight about how you like your company/red flags you’ve come across.

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
Also it would be great if someone can give guidance on exit clearances as I'm worried that I will miss out something.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead
