Hi, I Got opportunity to give exam for PWC for 1-2 YOE Java Developer for Cyber Security. I can see rounds mentioned as Hirepro Test, Technical Interview and Partner round.Can anyone suggest what topics should i prepare for?TIA

Recently gave my interview at KPMG India. I think they are expecting the knowledge of 8+ years experienced candidate (Oracle) to a 4 years experienced one which is not fair.. Leave your thoughts in comments if anyone faced such kind of interviews.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

Our group had 3 seniors leave during busy season and I know of 2 more that plan on leaving this summer. I also started interviewing but can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of guilt for leaving our staff/new seniors knowing next busy season will be absolutely brutal for them all. I have 3yoe in Wipro. I was deployed in support kind of project when I wanted to join development project. I tried to get out of it but they told I fan change after 18 months. From 18 months to now 3 years in Wipro. I am unable to change my domain. I want to work in development project and have skills in java, spring, hibernate. Made a great offer to a candidate last week only to find out they’re not vaccinated… which is a clearly stated requirement in our job descriptions. I just can’t wrap my head around why they would go through the whole process and four interviews to get an offer and then not be able to take an offer. Maybe this is a good thing if they don’t have the attention to detail to see a requirement on the application they filled out? Just baffling.

Currently in industry, on the product side with previous consulting background. I don’t like the grind of consulting, but Salesforce CSG (prof services) reached out with a BA role. I’m also in the process of interviewing at FICO as well. I like that the FICO is on the internal product side, but Salesforce has a great reputation. Feeling like I don’t know what I want.
