Joined Ford and my Manager told me at coffee connect is that the approved laptop is Macbook but asset guys given me Dell Latitude, and they said they will re-stack Mac in 2-3 weeks and they will exchange.

Does they really change laptop later ?, because i have to setup my laptop for development to start work. I want Mac because my all teammates uses Mac, I don’t want to reconfigure my device again. How soon they can give Macbook ?

Please help who have been in same situation earlier.

Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. I've brought this up as graciously as possible with the orgs, but sometimes I feel I'm being guilted into taking on more work. Best etiquette in this situation? I don't want to leave the roles despite the overwhelm.
