I was with Ford GBS for 3 years.
Awesome WLB and best culture. Abundant learning opportunities, anyone can learn anything

But on the benefits side they are severely lacking.

Most probably you’ll be in GDIA skill team. Chennai’s gdia is always safe. No firing occurs here due to restructuring. Great culture, people oriented org. Won’t see you just as a resource like service based companies. But monetary benefits are not the best among standards. But if your priorities are WLB and interesting project work, then this place is amazing! Take it from a 4-yr expd guy in ford

I got a offer from ford and i also need to reloacte, i am avg performer and i am coming from a MNC, will i be given time to adjust to company working style? Or with in a month or 2 if i dont meet thier expectations will there be any harsh actions from company side. Just asking as i am moving to a new company in the time where lot of layoff going on. More over its a product based company with some highly skilled employess.

I like the job profile offered by Birlasoft. But CTC is less than Capgemini.

Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.

I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.

The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
