Anyone feel as if it’s hard to stay with a company when you’re the only one of color? (&young) I’ve work for 3 companies in past 5 years and have yet to make meaningful colleague relationships. I just do not relate to the conversation and just find it hard to picture myself being a long-term employee. I’ve had better relationships when working at wal-mart when I was in college. I feel it takes away some of the joy of having to go to work.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. I, also, have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration. HR called once last week for salary negotiation but hasn’t called back since.

Should i be worried?

I want a review for netcracker. Have an offer from mastercard 30.8 L (28 fixed and 2.8 variable) +1 L bonus
And Netcracker offering 32fixed in along with free transport and food coupans. Also told they are working on latest tech stack
Mastercard is not ready to revise offer
