Will there be conflicts between Tech Stream and Management Stream ? Generally who has more authority ?
I have just got 35% hike on Fixed, resulting to 36 LPA (42 Inc All ) This is my first offer
What is general exp on Negotiating by bringing other offers ?

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

So any one gone through these scenario and does mastercard extended joining date??
