My two technical rounds completed last week of Genpact for Principal Consultant Role 4A.

I am seeking help on salary negotiation. On Friday HR asked me my Expected fixed pay and I mentioned 16 LPA (Negotiable).

Pls help me to negotiate with HR for this role.

Tech: Databricks, Pyspark
Yoe: 3.5 years
Current company: Accenture
Offer in hand: CTS (12 Fixed + 50k variable) I already mentioned Genpact that I am holding this offer and already sent the offer letter to HR.

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. I am a Digital marketer with almost 2 years of experience.
I recently joined a new company in Feb 2022, with in hand a Salary of INR 35000/month.

My boss thinks I waste my time researching the client's business and ways to grow it all day and I don't do much work. I ran campaigns on Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and keyword research for blogs & e-commerce, Analyze campaigns & optimize them regularly.

Still, my boss is not convinced that I am working worth 35000.

I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

I just got an offer from Morgan Stanley. The offer is indeed handsome and provides other benefits as well. The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. What should I do? I know Morgan Stanley is a very reputed firm and might make an enormous impact in my technical growth, but is it worth taking the pain of relocation again?? I am confused.
