Not getting much calls via naukri, and companies are fishing around for face to face interviews, or they ghost after final round. given interviews with epam, tcs, cgi, altemetrik. Am confused if i should ask to delay joining to 2 wks nd look out for more offers or not since there is only one offer that i have. Stack:- java aws 6YOE 18 LPA

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. The new director essentially began shutting me down any time I ask for clarity in my career progression. So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I don't want her to think I won't be able to keep clients straight when I start doing supervised sessions.

Hi Fishes, asking this for a friend working as SAP BASIS Consultant.
He performed well in TCS technical round and HR also seemed to be happy with his performance.
He asked for 8.5 LPA, his current CTC being 4.3 LPA, with little over 3 years of experience.
HR said they would call him later and after 4 days, HR called and said she was informed by management that they could only provide 6 LPA :(
Any idea why they offered him that less? He is very disappointed with the way things turned out to him

Salary is paid by my employer (not client) and I am a full time worker in my company.

While Accenture location is more suitable for me and also acc offering much more than Infy, I heard Accenture has pretty hectic WLB and also have firing tendency. Now, somebody please clarify about my problems please!
