Hi fishes, I have a question, I am a fresher and working as a contract worker for client and just completed onboarding in the clients company as contract worker. Is it normal?
Salary is paid by my employer (not client) and I am a full time worker in my company.
I don't have any knowledge in this matter
Can anyone please clarify is it normal or working as a contract worker will have any effect on my experience.
