Need an input from all QA folks. I am using selenium Java , implication wait and element is also found ,but i am recording the actions done by framework since the execution is fast.

I am using thread.sleep(2000) for the actions but we can't use thread.sleep after every action.
If anyone can please advice the better way to handle this situation like after every method it will wait for 2 second. Can we use any testng Listeners?

In a bit of a conundrum, I work for a boutique firm focused on a particular industry and just got an offer from another boutique firm focusing on the same industry but smaller (10% of our size). Jump in title and maybe a 10%+ up increment (can negotiate more). The role will be 2ic to the regional lead. I don’t necessarily want to move but should I use this offer for a promotion and or salary nego?

Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises.
