Need some compensation advice from folks familiar with Docusign India.

I have received a verbal offer for an EUS Application Engineer role in Bangalore with the following structure:

Total CTC: ₹41 LPA
Fixed Pay: ~₹35.9 LPA
Variable: 15% (~₹5.1 LPA)
No RSUs/Stock
No Joining Bonus
No Relocation Bonus

Is ₹41 LPA fair compensation for this role and experience level 7.5 years at Docusign Bangalore with Bonus & Relocation?

Do most employees receive close to 100% of the target bonus?

I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

Do you think partners in law firms have too much power and autonomy? eg. the power to refuse leave, to do your annual appraisal, to make you work while on leave, to overwork people, to manage the team on their on terms etc. Is this power bad or good for the firm and the team overall?

Is anyone interested in taking over the lease for a top floor 3 bed 2 bath, 1500 SQ ft apartment in a newly built complex in Plaza Midwood? The lease runs through Sept 2023. Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
