Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Media is by far my biggest weakness. Planning a transition over to client side in the next 1-2 years. What are the best resources (other than incessantly bothering my over taxed media team) to gain lower mid-tier knowledge.
