Last week I had to explain to my child what “politics” (as in office politics) is. My child is going to a new high school and wants to play volleyball. There was a 3 day open “tryout” for incoming freshman for 2 teams. After the first day, she noticed that
1) there were obvious favorites (coaches are not even hiding that fact);
2) some can’t even play and got on the team,
3) some that can obviously play but did not get on the team;
4) decision were obviously made before the first day was over.

If I made out with someone this last Saturday, and they tested positive for COVID today (test was taken two days ago on Wednesday) - then I’m correct in thinking the likelihood of me having COVID is high, right?

Hi everyone. I just wanted to quickly ask you guys an opinion regarding my current CTC.
I work for a company and our client is a well funded start up in USA.Although I have only 4 years of experience in Aws and Devops side, I have immense experience working on it since I have always worked for startups where I had to manage all by myself.
I have knowledge of automation languages as well.
My current CTC is 8.5 lakhs per annum.
