Has anyone renegotiated the offer thrice and revised the ctc.I feel I am low balled and that is because of my poor negotiation during 2nd time. Now when I see others with my experience are getting more, I feel I should ask them again.

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe.
