Anyone who appeared for Java Backend Microservices interview at Pune Phase 3 hinjewadi on 18th April 2025 and got selected with HR round? Did you receive offer letter?

I had HR round and they mentioned they will get back with CTC and Offer details because they need to take approvals and can negotiate. Havn't received offer letter or CTC communication yet.

I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff.
