Do any one have any idea how ctc in Malasiya works. I have a potential job offer with Accenture Malasiya of around 70000 MYR per year. HR said there would be other benefits where company provide a certain amount per year for employee that can be used for flight, accommodation , trip, dental, optical or gym claimable have cap.

Anyone knows how much these benefits are of generally? And are they claimable

Am I right to be upset I got rejected after 3 job interviews and a work assignment? After the presentation I had with them they scheduled a video interview only to reject me live on zoom. Felt put on the spot, trying to remain friendly and professional when in fact I felt like crying.
