Hi! In Dec. I saw I was being underpaid & expressed my frustration to my boss & HR & was told they can’t do anything until may. I was also encouraged to look for an internal role at a more sr level to get closer to the salary I’m looking for. I don’t want to leave my role yet & my boss says she thinks she can make the salary bump happen for may. I’ve received 2 offers elsewhere & turned them down & just got one for 25% pay bump. it’s getting harder to stay on when I know I could be making more.

My current CTC is 18.98 lpa, I wish to switch so would asking for an offer of 24 lpa suffice or should I ask for more in based on skills aquired ?

Honestly, what do you think weddings will look like this summer? I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. 1. Amex Bangalore : 1.7 Lakh per month after taxes (27 LPA fixed + 2lakh variable + 1lakh joining bonus)
2. Luxoft romania : 2.5 Lakh per month after Taxes (15000 RON per month post tax , 25000 pre tax).
