What will be standard minimum bonus percentage would be? Something like 5 or 10% of basic?

I do have 1.5 yrs of experience getting 4lpa fixed as a analyst in internal audit. They offered 6lpa(50%) or 6.5lpa (63%) as a senior Analyst based on approval. Is this is good switch?

How do you begin a compensation conversation with your partner? Do you discuss it during your annual compensation discussion? If so what is a good way to ask for a raise?

I’m a fairly new manager and there is a high expectation to contribute ideas on how to improve our ways of working, flag up bottlenecks, contribute to strategy etc. We usually have meetings where we discuss these things as a team ( manager and above), but I hardly ever have anything to say. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
