Hi Folks, I got an offer from PwC and currently in notice period, for bgv process I have submitted all documents except the resignation approval document which I'm still waiting for and after multiple asks my manager mentioned he will be mostly providing in the last working day only but bgv team is asking me to submit that by Tommorow for pre onboarding bgv process and they mentioned if no submission there will be an impact in joining date. Any advice on what I can do here, please? PwC India

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any? Conventional wisdom is always that if you don’t start there it’s hard to “trade up”. My coworker and I just did it to two different great v30 firms, and I’m wondering if it’s really that uncommon? I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
