Does anyone knows about WLB and how's work in tax service line for QA?
EY is offering XLPA+5%Variable
Product based midscale company -X+1LPA+1LJB
Which one to choose kindly suggest

I joined Accenture last year in May at level 8 and received 3 lacs as joining bonus.

However, I've received a very good offer recently and will be putting down my papers tomorrow.

Now as per Accenture's offer letter, the joining bonus needs to be returned if I leave within an year of joining.

So, do I need to return the same even if leave the org in June (after completing 3 months NP) ? Any idea.
