I have accepted an offer letter, and asked to Hr change location. My doj is 30 September, and as of now I have not resigned the cause of waiting for the revised offer letter. But Hr Not giving clarity on this or not replying to mail confirmation. In this situation what should to do?

Looking at how the priority dates are moving for India I believe this October there could be even bigger and jump and lots of folks will be eligible, am I reading this right ?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
