Dang, Disney sounds fun too. I would go with your dream job over what other people say is top tier.

No if Disney is your dream job you should take it
Take your dream job. You can politely and delicately rescind your acceptance, especially since you have not formally started.
It’s just business. Why waste your time doing sales if you aren’t going to like it? You may come across in a bad light for one of the FAANG companies but you’re doing something more relevant to what you want to do and can apply to one of the other FAANGs later

Disney without hesitation. Good on you for really considering this, but I would reneg in this situation
Take the dream job ;) At least, make sure you have no regrets.
Puh you Lucky motherf****!
It's bad, but do what you got to do. Don't turn down a dream job just to save face.
Be professional and notify that you are rescinding your acceptance ASAP. Give them some high level details (don't go into all the details) and apologize. Do this on the phone with the recruiter if you can, and follow up with email. You'll probably burn some bridges, but it is what it is.
But all of that being said, it isn't clear if you're asking advice on reneging on the offer or still deciding which job you should take...? My advice would be to not let the one week notice be a deciding factor.
Take the dream job!!!!

What's the FAANG role?
Can you work technically at either or will you have to relocate?

Both are same location

Take the dream job, it’s just business :’)
If you're not senior you can probably reneg without too much consequences.
That said, I have not heard good things about Disney culture. But that may have changed
Do what you want to do and don’t look back
