I have been interviewing at Tavisca for a month long, thanks to there recruiter, already tole my expectation upfront, Now after all the tech rounds, HR round happened and told again my expectation INR X lpa Hr was like ok, will go ahead, now after someday, he says that we dont have budget and cannot go further. Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Gross: 17LPA. PF: 1LPA
Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?
Any idea about average CTC for same YOE.

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.
