I really think that the insurance policy given by mediassist is way more expensive for parental insurance, means who will pay for 50k+ premium and that too for large copay, I guess the leadership team should intervene here....Parental insurance is really important for any employee and most of the time is only needed.

Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
PS : I have joined in july and wanted to calculate my ctc including bonus or any incentive.

50k+ includes GST, this needed to be thought now as the policy will get renew in sept, Companies like mediassist charging way more than other companies, I have some of my friends in anothere orgs where this policy is cheaper offered by mediassist and that too with more sum assured.
Can you cover both and parents and in-laws as well with the policy?
