I joined a company in Feb but plan to exit within a few days due to another offer.
PF member ID seems to be created internally, but no salary was credited and no PF contribution is visible in EPFO.
Will such a short tenure (with no PF contribution) show up during background verification or cause issues with the next employer (Big 4)?
Looking for guidance from people who’ve faced similar situations.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?
