Hey Guys, what would be the salary of 11+ years experienced person, in Mainframe Technology in CSG International, Bangalore.
Designation is SDE Senior or SDE Lead.

My ctc excluding employer pf is 12.58lpa. i invstd 96k in elss and 40k in lic. Along with this 48k epf and 2.4k as PFtax. HS rnt is 1.2LPA. I covered whole 80c but still 13k was deducted as tax this month. I am unmarried and don't want to take any medical insurance premiums. Any ideas how this 13k was came as Income tax?
