1. I was selected x company but the issue was that I have 1 overlapping company(just accepted but didn’t work because it’s not a full time job)
and 2 companies(not relevant to my carrier) which I didn’t include during BGV verification for x company

2. X company has asked about clarification why I didn’t include those 3 companies and o provided clarification.

Now can i know that will they accept it during BGV PROCESS

I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. It would be really helpful if anyone could share their views. Thanks.
