"If an employee remains unassigned to a project (billable or internal) for more than 90 days, appropriate disciplinary action may be taken based on specific circumstances."
Guys, has anyone received the same kind of email in the past while on the bench?
Will Deloitte India fire me?

I’m currently an associate (no kids) in a very busy corp group (think 50-60 billable weekly). My wife works significantly less (currently part time, 10-15, but hopefully will be full time soon). I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

Are there any grade levels for Senior Consultants designation like 1/2/3 in Deloitte India?
