How does one most effectively make the transition into management from an Individual Contributor?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

I'd appreciate any success stories or pointers you can offer in regards to this transition.

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. What are the opportunities in DI or D USI for Semi Qualified CA in Risk advisory or Internal Audit department? Also what is the range of pay scale. Please suggest whether I should apply for the job in deloitte?

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
