I’ve got 3+ years of experience working in PBC and an offer for a role involving JAVA with AI/ML at @honeywell. Right now, I’ve been offered 16 LPA, but I had initially quoted 17 LPA as my expectation. Anyone here have tips on how to handle salary negotiations at Honeywell or know what the typical package is for similar roles? Looking to get a better deal if possible!

I’m currently an associate (no kids) in a very busy corp group (think 50-60 billable weekly). My wife works significantly less (currently part time, 10-15, but hopefully will be full time soon).
