Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

I’m an AM at USI with 3 years of EB experience, 4 years in the industry (I did P&C for one year). Recently promoted to Sr AM and went from 99k to 108k (yes very small raise…). I definitely had to leverage and negotiate for my salary, but I would say 80-100k is probably the norm. Always try to negotiate as early on as possible!
Totally agree, I was an intern there at first so they knew I wasn’t making much to begin with :) You just have to offer up solid facts about why you should be earning more than they offer (i.e. save all emails complimenting your work, mention any and all accolades you received, provide benchmark salary based on what you’ve dug up, etc). Negotiating is never easy and can be uncomfortable, but if it’s gonna get you $20k more, it’s worth a try! The worst that can happen is they say no!
How about sharing your data point first OP?
80K
I'm earning around $50k with 2 yoe. I'd say that's somehow low for someone with 7 years of experience. You can always negotiate or ask for a raise. I think you deserve a higher pay.
I would ask for no less than 60k. I think you could easily get that, maybe even a little higher. Its def going to depend on your location.
