In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. I attended the interview in cognizant. But i didn't get any feedback of my interview. So, what should I do? Also, I dropped the Mails to recruiter. They did not reply on that.

Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.
