Recently, I got a verbal offer from HR regarding thr senior position. But it's been almost 2 weeks I haven't received the offer letter. Instead, I have asked to fill up the pre hire declaration form. The HR says it's still under approval process.

Is it usual for BMC to take this much time to release the offer ?

Really kind of shocking that management would bring in three pretty conservative speakers.
