One from Persistent Systems for 10.5 lpa(fixed) Noida/Gurgaon location [2 days a week WFO] and another from Tech Mahindra for around 11.5 lpa(including variable) Bangalore location[ 5 days WFO ]
Which one should I choose?

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I have had three rounds of interview in TCS and in iBegin it's showing as evaluation in progress. Last delivery partner interview was on 25th January. Still now I haven't received any updates from HR. How much time it will take to process? Also if got rejected during the the process will TCS update that in iBegin??
