Hi team, I have cleared 2 round of technical interviews at PPD, a part of TS. HR round is scheduled for Tuesday (09/20/2022)

My total experience is approx. 8 years.
My domain is ServiceNow development for which my relevant experience is 6.8 years.

Based on my experience, if some one can let me know:
1. Which designation should I be hired?
2. Annual package (excluding pf, gf, medical insurance, yearly bonus, etc)?
3. Usual shift time and working hours?
4. How many leaves they provide per year?

Last quarter TCS holds all promotions. Any idea about this quarter? Will TCS plan to release letters?

Just promoted midyear to PM at Bofa. salary seemed soft at 150k in top 10 market. Anyone else have any input?

Promoted to SSE with 25% hike and VP as 9% . I had received ACE award in Q3 . I have also maintained utilization report 100% still I got less VP. Can I ask manager to revisit the component

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!
