Did anyone transition from a Sales Ops role? Been at my company for four years and have done a little bit of cold calling, a lot of cold emailing but mainly designing and implementing systems for our company to use inside and outside of CRM. Want something more rewarding but dont know what a good transition would be.

Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture. I took this decision because the terms are not good with my current manager. I am currently drawing 15.5 LPA including variable pay. TCS offering 20 LPA. Is there any retention policy available?
