Recruitment HR has confirmed in the email that I can collect the asset from pune and work from pune for few days until I go to kolkata.
Onboarding HR is like you have to come down to kolkata for collecting the laptop. Has Anyone faced similar experience?

I have received an email from HR that you have been selected at citi and asking to send few documents like id, salary slip,few other forms that need to filled and scanned. It does not have compensation offered in any of the attached document. Can you help when they will release compensation offered part? What will be the further process? Will they call me and discuss? Anyone else get frustrated when the partner brags about their billable hour amount for the month? Like congrats, you get to bill .2 for each piece of mail. You also get .2 for every letter your secretary types up as a "form letter" you never even look at. As an Associate, I don't get those easy/automatic hours.

I need to get a new laptop, my 2015 MacBook is on its last leg. I need something that can handle cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite. I assume I’ll probably have to get some dongles.
