I had my senior who joined infosys as fresher and worked for 3 years here, then got shifted to another company. Now after 2 years he asked to refer him.

He is also in doubt that, will infosys rehire him?
As according to infosys rehire policy, a fresher should work for 4 years minimum to be considered for rehiring.

Anyone have any idea ? does infosys rehire who left at 3 years as a fresher.

I’m in FDD… I know I signed up for this but there’s something about the anxiety that comes on a Friday knowing that we still didn’t get access to VDR .. and how that anxiety grows as you enter the long weekend knowing that access can happen at any minute (or not) and you have to tippy-toe on the idea of potentially cancelling on your memorial weekend plans. I know the unpredictability of our job but phew 😮‍💨

Anyone here taken a career break (6 months or more? How hard was it to get a job again? Did you have to explain why you took a break? Any other cons I should be aware of?
