Hi Genpactors, I have recently joined Genpact as a React JS resource and I was hired for a client directly, but as I started work I realized the client is not good at all. Even though the project work is good technically but there is unnecessary stress, politics, toxicity, worst WLB and working till late night especially due to this recent WFO. Management also doesn't care much. I just wanted to ask how the bench is for band 4 React JS resources and how the project availability is.

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either.
