A) Theres no culture or say there is only toxic culture, with heavy headed managers, egoistic mindsets, unrealistic deadlines, never say no or hurt their ego by saying no, small brains or no brains, never correct them, even if they say Fed is not from FedEx, no SDLC, no agile, no framework.
B) Zero, unless you boot lick the manager, also most managers are dummy pieces here, everythings is run by US & EU teams or MDs and RTEs (MD chamchas)
C) If you are a north indian and your manager is also same then u will get successful rating, now hike ideally shd be 9% but factors like boot licking, back bitching, spying, faking, being female north indian employee, speak only hindi in all meetings, blame team mates, after all this also 9% is doubt because ur package matters and the company situation to the dedicated project budget matters. So expect 3-5% after above factors are touched.
D) 4 days come to office, 1 day wfh... again if ur manager is north indian and you are same then u get unlimited wfh, given u shd be female, speaking hindi, dressed moderately, be his spy, and be a bit beautiful to his eyes.
All the above points will become too much of a hell, if u get a female manager and you are a female.
In a nut shell, you will join a cheaper version of service based org claiming to product based org, with zero culture, zero respect, zero growth, zero ethics, zero value. HR are aware already.
By the way free unlimited lunch and snacks but vendor says its limited and treats us like beggars, and free digestion issues due to this food and hygeine at food counters, you can see some animals for free , like rats and cockroaches crawling while they are preparing maggi on induction. Good luck.

B - You will have scope if your team is mixed levels, if everyone is senior then no growth
C - Bonus in june, increment un October. Last time it was good even floks who newly joined got increment
D - 4 days you can do WFH in a month
