YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

So, I've tried a few different positions and still hate practicing law BUT I was approached about a contract role that won't have billable hour requirements and I won't be steeped (I think) into the law firm's toxicity, so I'm wondering if it could be the closest thing to a 9 to 5 for law. Pay is hourly which seems weird, but I would have time to devote to hobbies and life generally. Has anyone been tempted by or accepted these contract opportunities, and what's your hot take?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

When a new type of project comes in and you get assigned as the PM to “figure out” the project plan, how do you go about resource allocation? Sometimes I struggle to know what the team configuration should even be, because we’ve never done said project type before. I went through a pretty rigorous interview process for a marketing project manager but ultimately wasn't given job. Though most of the feedback was positive, the other candidate had more direct experience with the job responsibilities (digital assets, social media, etc.) My job/company dabbles in digital but it's primarily traditional media. How do I again the experience if I'm limited by the type of work we do?
