Hi guys! I had applied to Accenture via a 3rd party recruitment agency as they had reached out to me. Now, the company HR has said that my profile has been shortlisted and interview will happen. But the recruitment agency says I should keep them posted so that they give me some insights as well. Is this normal?

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

Hey guys… I’m a case worker in child safety and I’m someone who loves being outdoors/dies at a desk all day. I’m hoping to organise that at least once a week I can go to a cafe and catch up on all my case notes that need to go into the system.
So far the only reason I’ve been told no is that “if you do then everyone will want to and then no one will be in the office” … how can I convince them that I work better out of the office and get this freedom & mental break for myself?
