I’m applying for a Fundraising manager position and have gone through 4 previous rounds of interviews. It looks promising. I have a “final” interview with the CEO on Friday. I’ve already answered all questions about my past experiences in previous interviews. What should I be prepared for in this interview ?

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. I currently work at an international law firm (4 years) and recently accepted an offer to go in house. The main attorney I support did not take the news well and was very angry with me. Les Binet mentions alot about brand building and activations, sometimes he will point to out to similar case studies and he would say this is brand building and this is an activation but they are very similar?
