I have an offer from EY-GDS for assistant manager profile.
Offer: 25.5 fixed + 10% Bonus.
Job location: will have to relocate from NCR to Pune or Hyderabad.
My Total YOE: ~7 years
Can anyone please suggest if this is a fair compensation at AM level at EYP GDS?

Is someone here stuck on the job title because of the GC processing? I am just so frustrated… it’s making me mentally exhausted since I’ve been working as a Senior for 5 years already. My PERM is still in process and planned to be filed next year.
