I have an offer from IBM ISL Kochi for the product Match360(some new product). I have heard some bad reviews from IBM ISL telling that there is a hire and fire. So I am bit confused if I should join.

I’m pretty much the only one managing our Ecomm store, no direct reports but manage a marketing and Amazon 3rd party agencies for the brand.
