I have an offer from IBM ISL Kochi for the product Match360(some new product). I have heard some bad reviews from IBM ISL telling that there is a hire and fire. So I am bit confused if I should join.

I know people getting offer equal to FAANG level pay scale but they are at most risk as the Managers expectation is lot from these folks. Many of my seniors are working under pressure who have so called FAANG level of base.

Hi all,

Joined back TCS after Sabbatical leave (higher education).

Current designation is System Engineer and role tagged on Ultimatix is Developer.

Assigned to a project as BA (orally, on paper it's just Team Member). Raised a re-fitment request to HR.

Please throw some light on the re-fitment process and what I can expect depending on my qualification.

For those watching their home value - which is best? Zillow or Redfin? I’m watching mine to see what equity I have to refi and potentially get PMI removed. Zillow is current showing home value at about 20K less than Redfin. Are there any other tools I could be using? Thanks.

I honestly struggle with the politics of Afghanistan. It does appear that after 20 years we leave and within months it goes back to very similar or on its way. It’s not the US job to be the world police we did try to build coalitions and fail at the end of the day unless we’re willing to keep troops there forever which most Americans don’t want to I am not sure what the right thing to do is. And I’m sick of criticism just for the sake of the president. I don’t think there’s a perfect solution
