I'm a 28y/o MSc grad and starting a Junior Funding Consultant role (writing grant applications for startups) as I'm tired of holding out for an entry level role in ESG/Sustainability - I keep getting rejections despite completing a very wide ranging internship at a renewable energy company. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! I'm currently on implied status in Canada (applied for an extension before the expiration date on my OWP), but lost my job two months ago. I'm actively applying (and interviewing) for new opportunities. What's a good time to mention to a potential employer that I'm on implied status? I tried coming plain from the first interview, but that has been working against me. The CIC website says I can keep working with an expired WP and SIN but recruiters think otherwise. Help!!!
