I spoke to my HR regarding my resignation since I'm in free pool and I have a job offer outside. As I'm in free pool I'm supposed to be serving the notice of 90 days. But my new company is offering 45 days of time to join and they're asking me for resignation letter.
So the HR advised me to put resignation now, after 45 days of free pool, HR will contact regarding LOP, at that time if u tell them you've already submitted resignation, they'll process it immediately.
Is the HR right?

The bgv team is now asking for bank statement and offer letter .
After requesting i got experience letter but i dont have anything else to prove that i worked there.
I have not lied but i am not able to prove .

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
